From the moment I took No Fear Funnels (an amazing course by Dave Foy) I’ve been hooked on funnels. It combines the fun of designing websites with the strategy of marketing. When you get all the pieces lined up perfectly; the sum is greater than its parts.
Dave does an amazing job of teaching you every step of a well-designed marketing funnel. Being completely convinced myself, I sat off to start creating lead-generation funnels for my agency’s site.
The lead magnet was first— and it was beautiful.
Next, I put together a landing page with a nice little popup to capture my visitors email address.
The email sequence started off with the delivery of the lead magnet… and then… well…Then I got distracted (as we tend to do when working on our own stuff). A client called, my inbox went berserk, the kids came home from school, and life got in the way.
And there my “funnel” sat. Unfinished.
In fact, the first 2 funnels I built for myself followed that same exact story arc.
But it would not be the fate of them all, thanks to Funnel Packs.

I don’t claim to be a performance expert, so it’s not a central focus of my agency. However, the Speed Optimization Pack is such a great way to start collecting leads by grabbing some of the lowest hanging fruit.
9 out of 10 sites have performance issues (don’t fact check that, just believe me… I’m on a roll, okay?). This means that nearly every site you visit could use SOME sort of optimization (yep, even yours)..
It could be as simple as installing caching, minifying images, or dropping the cheap shared hosting… But if you dig hard enough on any site you can find something to improve.
The problem is, most website owners don’t understand the importance of a well-optimized website.
And that’s exactly why this Pack comes in so handy.
All of the client education is done for you through a 5-part lead magnet that covers the importance of a fast-loading website and all the major contributing factors (like page size, image optimization, caching, etc.).

I think this pack making my top 5 will surprise people the most. I know it did me.

Honorable mention to one of my personal favorites, the SEO pack. Because SEO is a bit of its own beast, I didn’t think it made sense to include it on a list for “every agency”… But if your agency sells any kind of SEO put this in the top 3 for sure.
Additionally, if your agency offers email marketing as a service, the Email Marketing Pack is a great way to demonstrate the (underutilized) power of email.
But it’s not just the packs that make me such an advocate for the company. These are good people. The kind of people who will go the extra mile (or kilometer) and put everything they have into not only delivering a stellar product (the only one of its kind) but even better customer service.
Plus, there is so much more! Their customer-only Facebook group is constantly being filled with amazing videos that Matt puts together to expand on ideas in the packs, give you inspiration, and even tactics to help you close more projects.
