After kicking around the idea in my head for the past few months, I finally posted this week about an idea I have to create some "small accountability" type groups (similar to a mastermind) for TAB. After seeing the enthusiasm and support from the group, it looks like it's moving forward!
As part of the application process, I asked people if they had any questions about the groups and I've wrote up over 4,000 words in response to the questions I've received.
And, finally, I came up with some branding and a name for the groups — naming things is always the hardest part!
This certainly won't be right for everyone, but for those who are looking to challenge themselves and be held accountable — I'm hearing that this is just what they needed!
Truly excited to see where this goes!
Selling 6-week blocks
Jonathan came across an agency that doesn't charge by the project or by the hour — they sell 6-week blocks of time (and they are booked out in advance). Is this viable?
Would you make this trade?
Stephanie asks if you would trade out doing sales, billing, and admin to just run projects — the catch is, you'd have to walk away from your agency... Would you do it?
Deploying sites on client's hosting
Sometimes your clients want you to deploy their site on a host you've never heard of — which can be time consuming. David wants to know if you charge extra for that.
Managing your bookmarks
Bricks Levi asked how folks are managing their bookmarks, and the group shared a lot of useful tools.

Applications for the first round of our accountability/mastermind groups (called "TABLE") are due in April 1st. To start, there's only going to be 1 group of 8 people, but as I start to get everything running smoothly, I'll be opening up new tables through the rest of the year.
Getting your application in now helps me determine what kind of agencies I should be opening tables for, so if you're interested in being involved, make sure your voice is heard by filling in that application!
